ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS DUE TO WEATHER. All activities are subject to change without notice due to weather conditions.

A ticket is required for entry into our events. Without advance purchase, admission to the farm is not guaranteed, and we reserve the right to refuse entry for any reason to facilitate the health and safety of our guests and staff.

This farm is a smoke-free environment. There is no smoking in the fields, orchards, market, or tented areas. All visitors, guests, and customers of Riamede Farm LLC, and 122 Oakdale LLC park and participate in all farm and pick your own activities at their own risk.

By participating in farm activities, I authorize Riamede Farm to record my image and voice and give Riamede Farm and all persons or entities acting pursuant to Riamede Farm's permission or authority, all rights to use these recorded images. I understand that said images will be used for educational, advertising and promotional purposes in all conventional and electronic media, and any future media. I also authorize the use of any printed material in connection therewith. I understand and agree that these images and recordings may be duplicated, distributed with or without charge, and/or altered in any form or manner without future/further compensation or liability, in perpetuity.
