PETS, ANIMALS, AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS ARE NOT PERMITTED AT THE FARM OR IN THE FIELDS.

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS DUE TO WEATHER. All activities are subject to change without notice due to weather conditions.

A ticket is required for entry into our orchards and you-pick fields. Without advance purchase, admission to the farm is not guaranteed, and we reserve the right to refuse entry for any reason to facilitate the health and safety of our guests and staff.

All produce will be weighed or counted and purchased prior to exit. You must pay for all apples, veggies, and flowers that you pick.

There is no limit other than closing time on the length of time you remain on the farm. The last entry is sold at 4 PM; picking fields close promptly at 5 PM, and the store closes at 5:30 PM.

Field corn (in the corn maze) and squash/pumpkin blossoms are not considered vegetables and are not available to be picked. If you choose to pick them despite this warning, you will be charged $1.00 per blossom or ear of corn.

Outside food and beverage containers are not permitted at the farm or inside the PYO fields. No picnicking is allowed in the orchard or in the parking lot.

This farm is a smoke-free environment. There is no smoking in the fields, orchards, market, or tented areas. All visitors, guests, and customers of Riamede Farm LLC, and 122 Oakdale LLC park and participate in all farm and pick your own activities at their own risk.

Please do not enter the you-pick areas if you have been sick in the previous 24 hours. Hand washing is required prior to entry in you-pick areas.

By participating in you-pick activities, I authorize Riamede Farm to record my image and voice and give Riamede Farm and all persons or entities acting pursuant to Riamede Farm's permission or authority, all rights to use these recorded images. I understand that said images will be used for educational, advertising and promotional purposes in all conventional and electronic media, and any future media. I also authorize the use of any printed material in connection therewith. I understand and agree that these images and recordings may be duplicated, distributed with or without charge, and/or altered in any form or manner without future/further compensation or liability, in perpetuity.
